Keeping safe during COVID-19

We have re-aranged the shop so that there is a minimum 2 Metre distance for browsing and trying on outfits with a clear perspex ‘sneeze screen’ on our desk. We are a small shop, with only one large changing room available at this time with seating on the shop floor for  2-4 customers.

All clothing will be steam cleaned between customers trying on & handling, with regular cleaning of surfaces, door handles and the pin pad of the card machine between customers.

Our customers are invited to wash their hands in our bathroom on arrival and hand gel and tissues are available to use on the desk. 

Customers who book an appointment take priority and no-one else will be allowed into the shop during your visit. If the door is open, you are free to come in & browse.

If we need to measure you – Our staff will wear suitable PPE and will supply you with a face shield. We shall use a fresh tape measure and where possible measure from behind. 

Payments, placing orders and giving measurements are all now offered remotely.

We have created a video guide for your groomsmen to measure up from home with an option of direct delivery of their outfit.
